    Improve my vocabulary?

I am a Vietnamese so my English is not good. I love reading English books, especially programming books. However, my reading speed is terrible, there are too many new words and I have to look up dictionary frequently.
How can I improve my vocabulary to read faster and faster?

More practice as that is the best and the only way you can improve.

All you can do to speed up reading and vocabulary is to read. You can try reading good books too and not only programming books. It also increases your imagination and creativity. :)

No. 1 - Listen - maybe, TV or radio.
No. 2 - Speak if you have the opportunity.
No. 3 - Read as much as possible, even if you don't understand fully. Just ignore the difficult words for the time being.
No. 4 - Write whenever you get the opportunity.

Maintain a diary. Write day to day simple things in English.
