    Its not a UML tool that I have used but its a MS VC 2005 class diagrams.

    My favorite UML Tool by far is UModel, by Altova, the makers of XMLSpy !

    Check out the review by Redmond

    Since that review, they have released a new 2008 version with many more new features and updates.

    MacA&D on Mac or WinA&D on Windows support full UML plus data and process models, system models with simulation, requirements management and report generation.

    UML tool is basically used for to make the different diagrams like Use Case,
    Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity diagram,etc...
    The best option for make the diagram by UML tool is UModel, by Altova.
