    - On the top of the website big ad in the centre is not good.
    - Other things are good. Best of luck.

Top Ad pushes your content and banner so down that hardly anyone realizes there is anything on the homepage without scrolling.

The website serves its purpose. The search options are very clear.I didn't find much results for most of the areas I searched though. And another thought..you can sort the results by price/sq ft/bdr/bthrm.It will be easier for people to search.Good Luck.

It looks like since your original post, you may have taken some people's feedback into account. Good job!

If you are still developing (every good site is always improving!) you may consider changing up the header with the 4 buttons. It is very flat, one color. I would try chaning the 4 buttons to a different color so they stand out a little more (higher contrast).

Also you have "flat" headers, borders, etc.. on the outside of the page and on the right, but "faded/3d" headers in your main content boxes. I would prefer to see consistent colors and design between these page elements, IMO.

i would suggest you to add add banner more smaller and take it in the top cuz it is more easy to focus on it first and the rest of your content will be no problem
