Social networking site do help a lot, through site like twitter and Facebook one can generate quality traffic, but to get those hits one need a huge fan-following both in Twitter and Facebook...Personally speaking, I got an over-whelming response through this social networking sites. You can do it by yourself, but it is time consuming process and take many days to built a strong fan-following, or you can do is prefer sites which provide reliable and niche according fan-following to your profile.
