Hi SEO guys, I would like to know about cache the site, blog or any web page. How can we make fast cache? Some seo say ping your blog, some say bookmark your site. I am also know that. But I want to something unique. Is there any technique available to cache our site just in 2 to 5 min. Please give your suggestion also give the site name which may cache our site speedily.

Back links helps your site get index. If you want to get index fast then you have to get tons of back links - Quality of back links.. Quality gives more value compared to those irrelevant sites that you are getting. If you want your inner pages get index then deep linking helps..
