Latest Reputation Received

Hi,

I can see my Latest Reputation Received.

Before it was green, now it's looks something like black, Whats hapening ? can anyone please explain ?

 

No idea.

 

I also have some black dots, which don't add to my reputation.
But, they don't decrease it either.

So, I think black dots represents "NULL" reputation, given by a user whose rep power is 0.

 

Nop, It's not decreasing, it's increasing my points also, but I just want to know the diff. between colours
