What's going on here ? I wouldn't know about this thread if I haven't subscribed to it and that also by misatakely. I don't know what naimish has done that much of wrong, like you people becoming so rude.

He has nice knowledge through which I have made an awesome project on PDFs. Even I got a message and as per me nothing wrong in it.

SaswatPadhi, you are the moderator of this forum, but as per my knowledge, moderator should always be respectful and kind. It seems you have an ego being moderator here, as you told I am the one. We all knows that.

Shabbir, Please take care of this thing as per me, naimish has done nothing wrong. Even if you also think the opposite of this, I'm helpless and I think naimish also.

Moderators can come across as having something of an ego because of the position they are in, and maybe Saswat does have a bit of one, but I don't think he's unreasonably egotistical. Geeks often have something of an ego too so a geek who's a moderator is doubly afflicted. Anyway if a mod has an ego so what? It's a good reason to tread carefully and make sure you don't provoke his wrath.

Without having an idea about whats done and how it was treated, should he behave just like this ? The situation here is same as my company, anyone who got the power can use it in it's own way ?!!!! If you have the power, please don't misuse it. :beadyeyes
