how do you one-way high PR links without blogs or reciprcal link exchange.?

    Hi,
    Can anybody please tell me how do i get one-way permanent high PR backlinks without the use of do-follow blog, reciprocal link exchange, or three-way link exchange.

    I am really not getting any idea on that.

    Good content which would get natural links from other forums / blogs and also some social networking sites

    You can also create profiles to different high page websites and put your anchor links in there. i.e create a google profile and add your websites to your profile
