    Hi ! how to map url in php ?

    if the url is given:
    Code:
    www.example.com/e2
    I want that a PHP page should receive e2 as parameter. Is it possible in PHP ?

    You'll need to use mod_rewrite, google for mod_rewrite.

    I think its server dependent. But usually free Hosting services don't provide such features. I am thinking of a function, a string function to do so. whenever i prepare this, i will post it here. Till then, if anybody have any other idea, please come and post here. thanks anyways.
