I was wondering if there is a command that makes a, say a shutdown batch file to autorun when downloaded. Or is there a way to make it autorun on login.
    Thanks :)

If he is downloading he will always have couple of options

    1. Save
    2. Run

If he chooses save there is no way you can run it unless user click on it.

You know transfrering/distributing .bat files over the internet is illegal. So I would find a converter and convert your .bat file to a .exe file. .exe files are much easier to set as a auto-run plus they're totally legal as far as I'm concerened... :crowd:
An auto-run at login is different.
You have to reun the .bat file with a code that is like,
    move/copy C:\Your file.bat C:\Documents and Settings\my user (or all users)\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Once you run this it will put your .bat in the starup folder and It *should* run on startup!
    Hope this helps!

You can't... :embarasse ... BUT :undecided You can hope or even btr make tutorial on how to install and say something like:

When it asks you to save/run it is very important that you click run or program x will not function correctly.

Say something like that. It depends on what level of experience you are targeting. I don't know your circumstances, but trying to make the user run the file might defeat the whole purpose...
