Access Denied when using Unique Identifier as a Primary key

    Hi, i have a problem with my SQL Database, Actually i used a Unique Identifier with Auto Generate key as my Primary key in my tables. Well at my local end its working fine and all the records are inserting very well, but when ever i used that same as my webserver (remote) an "Access Denied" error occurs, i donno but it happens. Plz help me coz i am very much stuck in this and cant get any place to solve... may its the matter of permission or some thing. plz help..
