Hi, I'm tuntis. I have intermediate knowledge of PHP but I wish to learn an Windows programming language, and was wondering what would be the best and most "like PHP", along with easy user interface designing instead of something like C++ and making hundreds of lines to make one UI. (No offense)
Sounds like you're looking for Visual Basic. Not sure on how close to PHP.. but the controls are definately far easier to use than C++ for interfaces.
