ohh! I was doing it since last month and not getting any significant output that's why I had doubt on it.

 

in off page activities we have lot tactics are there , based on client requirement and competition you have to do more on that , so coming to point you have to concentre on more like guest blogging, blogs , forums participation etc. so better to do best activates If do same like techniques you can’t predict how many backlinks you can generate. so I thought it is out dated techniques in off page seo

yes, it is useful only but it will take time to give you the back links because it will take time to publish in their website site.
