Dynamic web pages are those web pages, where we can change the contents of the website page without changing the source code. Same code will display different UI elements for different users. The website can change the contents based on operating system and mobile applications. Static web pages are those web pages, where we can not change the contents of the web page without changing the source code. Developers create static web pages with HTML and they create dynamic web pages with PHP and javascript.
