I have a old gateway computer that I dug out of my closet and I set up truecrypt on the hard drive about two or three years ago. But the problem is that I have forgotten the encryption key and I did not create a emergency boot disk for that specific truecrypt encryption method. I absolutely need the data off the hdd as it has serial keys for my forensic company that I absolutely need. If any of you can be in any way helpful please share any knowledge you have of breaking the encryption we are in dire need of assistance. Thank you
Hi Backup the registry. I remember, long te back one sw that can retrieve all serial no. From the computer (registry) . Try to google it and hope it will solve to get ur serial no. Sunil
