Turbo C for Windows 7

please help me download the software namely turbo c in my pc.im using windows7.and my exams are very near i need to download it fast.pls help as soon as possible.

 

I really doubt if TC will work on Win7

 

turbo c does work on win 7..... u can use a software names dosbox if ur using a 64-bit system or 32-bit system and u can make some changes in its properties on a 32-bit system and make it work........

 

Where to get it? How to install? Please give detailed help. I am very new to computers and I got Windows SEven 7 64 bit.

you can download tc201.zip (turbo C v2.01) from mediafire.
Just type
tc201.zip download
in google - you will get mediafire link - download and unzip.
You will get files in 3 directories : disk1, disk2, disk3
copy all the files in disk2 and disk3 to disk1 so that the entire set of files making up the turboc compiler package are in the single directory disk1.

Run install (install.exe) - this will prompt you for the drive / directory (you can choose D:\tc or E:\tc ..) - this will install turboc on your system

 

just download dosbox from google after installing turbo c compiler...... save the turbo c installed folder in ur home drive(c drive by default)...... then u open the dos-box software n type in the black screen that appears the following stats as given below:

mount c c:\ (c is the name of the drive in which u have saved ur turbo c folder)

c:\

cd tc

cd bin

tc.exe

after this press alt+enter and then your turbo c compiler will run in full screen mode in win-7 64-bit as well as 32-bit system.

NB: do not use shortcut keys (ctrl+F9) for running the programm, it terminates the dos-box completly.
