Basically learning the programming language is a easy task but to create logic and manipulate it, is a tough task. So, I advice you first to learn to create logic by designing flowchart and algorithm. It will help you.

Learning programming is a long process but you have short span of time, so you should go first with C language and then it will be easy for you to pick other languages. For algorithm and flowchart you should consider some good books for that but as the time needs you can simply move simultaneously for both as algorithm and flowcharts are helpful for a good programmer, you can learn them gradually.
