Linker Error in C

How do i solve:- Linker Error, unable to open file 'COT.OBJ' in C language

The link error comes when you don't have the linker settings done rightly and what compiler you are using to compile your program? Also check if that file exists somewhere on your PC

 

Are you using Windows or Linux?

 

What do you think where the linking error takes place? In Linux or Windows?

 

COT.OBJ is missing in your C library thatz why u r getting this linking error..
