Hi! I was thinking of learning C++ for quite sometime now, and I'm still kind of half-hearted about it. So I was thinking of joining a club about C++, to learn from others experience about, if its great or hard or you know if its like hell to learn, that sort of things. Actually I want to make it into a hobby, I'm into computers then to pc games then I started to get bored with pc games, getting old I presume. So I thought why not make your own game, but you need programming skills to do that and C++ is always top on the list. So here I am trying to figure things out. Hopefully I can run into something inspiring to get some headway into learning C++. Please suggest a good reading material for beginners, or just tell me if its not as easy as it look or sound, whichever?

It actually easier than it looks provided you have the hobby of learning it.

I will say that passion to learn is important.

I am asking you...what passion do you have currently? If you have the passion of accepting any programming language then you can specialize in a particular language...If you are considering only C++ then you will get bore one day and forget about all your passion. First of all grow interest for codings then you will not require any inspiration for making a language like C++ your career...
