well i recived as a gift a brand new dell inspiron 15r lappy from my nri uncle on my inter passout i only recieved drivers of it but no window copy of it and now when i had to format it because it was not responding properly i had no copy of window7 home basic and dell company told me in a rude manner htat i must have created a backup of it now i must pay a 8000 rs to get a new copy. is it possible to download it from somewhere the original version as i have the key with me ...

it would be very kind if u would help me in any minor manner..
