Virtual BreadBoard

I need to write a program to simulate a breadboard, together with all its internal wiring, on which analog circuits can be constructed. Please,how can I do this? Are there packages in C or C++ that can enable me do this?

Do you need to WRITE such a program or USE such a program?

I use a program called MicroCAP8 to do circuit simulation, it's very good.
