hello, my first thread plz i need your help here is the story, i bought xbox live gold from my friend and he said that the he hasn't used it yet. then i tried to use one month free trial gold membership from my xbox 360 console then, when it expired i tried to redeem my friends card and it said its been used i think its been hacked and i tried to call xbox support (800-4my-xbox) and they said to check with my friend and tell him to replace the card from where he boughtt it and gave me a Case-Number what should i do now please please help. i am confused and what if my friend doesnt have a reciept or something. help. oh and one more thing on the card after the 25-digit code there is a box with 9-digits in it can anyone tell me what that is for??????????? thank you for your help in advance.
