Password

Ok so the background to this is a long story so I won't go into details. But there's an administrator on a forum called prosportsdaily.com/forums who I'm trying to get the password of. I've been researching ALL night but just haven't had luck. Nothing's working. So if someone..could PLEASE...find it in their hearts...to help me out, I would be SO happy. Or at the very least if someone could tell me an easy way to do it, minus all the computer language. I'm on my knees.
