Paasing a multiple listbox value to a database

I have a listbox on an ASP page that contains values(multiple) that I wish to save
to a database. I assume I need a looping structured code, but I am not
sure of the syntax. The ASP page was created in Dreamweaver Ultradev,
and the database is an Access database. I am using both VBScript and
JavaScript on this page, so a solution can be in either code form.

If you can guide me in the right direction I would be eternally
grateful.
