HI guys, I m new to MFC . I have worked on C++. Also i m using the very annoying VC 6 . Now what i want to do is add a menu item . Let me Say FILE-> Save -> Run External app. When the menu item "Run External app" is clicked an application is to be run. I do not know what i am supposed to do in the Do_Data_Exchange() method. By the way how do i add a function which needs to be executed when the menu item is clicked (I dont know how do it in VC6).... Also i need to check whether a process whose name is known is currently running or not. How do i do it?? I m also sorry that i posted this on the Advance MFC Section. It was by mistake. Sorry Again.
