Which is best FOR loop or While Loop?

I want know that which loop is best and which loop use less memory to store data.

 

In 2012, I don't think it matters that.

Infact the unions are also things of the past now.

 

i think all loops are the same they will all have an initialiser, test condition and en exit or escape. all use the same memory just use any you are flexible with thanks.
