How do you go about hacking rediff?

Hi,

I am new to this and would like to know how you go about hacking into rediff. I came to know from someone in my IT team that this can be done.

I would like to learn this myself. I lost my account and the rediff customer service is playing hardball.

I acknowledge that I forgot my hint QnA but I told them the contents of the email and they still wont budge.

I thought this might be a good opportunity to learn something new.
