Ok My "Friend" accidentally put a password on my flash drive. AND THEN FORGOT IT.
So, I have a flash drive with stuff on it and I can't get to it. My friend recommended a
software: John the Ripper" (before I say anything else, hear this: I am NOT a super-computer GENIUS, so large explanations are helpful) But anyway, when i downloaded John the Ripper, There were 2 folders: One said "Docs" and I think the other said "Run." Inside of both of them were oddly named programs (that most of you probably would recognize the names) and when I tried to click on them, it made me select a program from a list. There was even an icon saying "INSTALL" but of course the same thing happened. It was annoying:cuss: And I am guessing that once I do get it installed, it will be fairly complicated.

-Any Help on what to do to install it, and then on actually finding the password would be VERY helpful. I'll also ask my friend what to do (he's used it before)
