What is the difference between nofollow and noreferrer link?

Hi all, I have recently seen a link which is noreferrer I search about it but my doubt is still that norefferrer link has any seo link juice or it is same as nofollow and if it not same as nofollow then why not use dofollow instead of noreferrer.

 

"nofollow" is used by Google, to specify that the Google search spider should not follow that link
Norreferr:
Specifies that the browser should not send an HTTP referer header if the user follows the hyperlink

 

In short, the noreferrer tag hides referrer information when the link is clicked.

rel="noreferrer"

If someone arrives at your site from a link that uses this tag, your analytics won't show who referred that link. Instead, it will mistakenly show as direct traffic in your acquisition channels report.

 

The difference is that, in theory, rel="noreferrer" should not have any SEO impact, while nofollow clearly specifies that the link does not endorse in any way the target URL.

 

There is nothing like noreffer link in SEO yet, but nofollow which is used to let Google know not to follow any specific URL/Page.
