Hi @raji, first I would share all the best for your IAS Exam. You don't have anxiety, When preparing for the civil services examination, it's common to experience anxiety, but there are several strategies to help manage it effectively. Firstly, establish a structured study plan that breaks down your preparation into manageable tasks, reducing the feeling of overwhelm. Incorporate relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises or mindfulness meditation into your daily routine to calm your mind and alleviate stress. Additionally, ensure you prioritize self-care by getting enough sleep, eating healthily, and engaging in regular physical activity. Staying organized with your study materials and setting realistic goals can also boost your confidence and reduce anxiety. Remember to stay positive and focus on your strengths, visualizing success rather than dwelling on potential failures. Finally, don't hesitate to seek support from friends, family, or mentors who can provide encouragement and perspective during this challenging time.
