PLEASE HELP ME I NEED THIS URGENTLY BY 2 WEEKS TIME!!!

I need to automate compilation of a report by grabbing selected data from excel to any programming language preferably visual basic or C#.

    1) Add up the Quantity in and out of all steps by the product grouping.
    2) Compute any diff between Quantity In- Out (current step)-In(next step).
If Diff>0, highlight the error in the output. Check through individual product number
to find out which product number have die errors.
    3) Convert units to wafers count. The setup table needs to specify the die quantity
    of the device type.
    4) Sum up by Device grouping. Example : 3” Alligator – Janus + Fontus.
    5) Compute the Cum Yield =
    Quality Completed (Die Count)/Quality in(Lot form) *100.
    6) Line Yield =
    Quality Completed(Thinning)/Quality in(Lot form) *100.
    7) FWT Yield = Die Count(Yield%).
    8) Add Cum Yield, Line Yield, FWT yield into the yield table.
    9) Generate the charts.

step 9 is not really that important but the other steps are.

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHED ZIP FOLDER WITH THE POWER POINT SLIDES AND HELP.
