#1 Tutorial/Reference for GDI+ using C++

What is the best book for an intermediate programmer with enough background in C++ programming and enough experience developing Windows GDI-based applications that wants to get started with GDI+?

 

I would use Graphics Programming with GDI+ By Mahesh Chand

 

There are tons of articles on codeproject for GDI or GDI+ drawing, and for creating large GDI+ diagramming application, some third part library are very useful, such as E-XD++ Flow/Diagramming Source Code kit.
