    Actually the ideal distro is Fedora. However u have to be quite an advanced user to be able to make your way in the myriad of packages. Ubuntu is the easiest to use but quite toned down.

    I got a new version of Ubutnu, let's try it. It has dear on his main screen ;)

    That's not a deer. Actually, it's an Ibex : a mountain goat.

    And, the version of Ubuntu is 9.04 (Intrepid Ibex) released in April.

    I had used 8.10 (Hardy Heron) but I liked Gentoo more.

    Suse is very rich in GUI and easyness . It even gets online updates as Windows

    The OS Debian is misspelled as Debain in this poll.

    Can the spelling be changed to the correct one?

    Of course, I voted for Debian :)

    I use MOTOROKR E6 which is Linux based, and AFAIK it's based on debian flavour.

    Yes, it's the default one :lol:
