The remote server machine does not exit or is unavailable
 

i am programing a question generator App using VB , Access(Database) and then i write the questions in Ms word ( from MS Access) at times Ms word takes so long to load after startingthe application
i also get this error messages
runtime error no 462
The remote server machine does not exit or is unavailable

how can i make the application faster
how do hanndle then this error
