Can it be done? What type of programmer do I need?
 

I’m not a programmer but, I have a programming question.
Is it possible to come up with a program that will take for instance, a Word, Access or Excel program that contains a large database of addresses and run it against a website such as Map Quest and have it come back with a list of driving directions for each of the addresses? If this is possible, what type of programmer would I need to employ? Where would I find such a programmer?
