Log into it with admin privelidges by booting up in safemode and logging into the admin account, most people never put a password on for that account because they normally use another user account with a custom name, from there you can do anything you like.

And if the account is limited u cant use this cmnd for chnging pwd..

Follow these steps
1. Backup the SAM file from any one of the possible way
2. Reset the password using reset disk
3. After completing ur job restore the SAM...

But don't ask me how...

I dont see him mentioning that, he just said without previos, that means from within another account other than the admion acc.

well to get the password changed on a school comp or limited(if u dont know the network name)

just open a word file and type
@echo off
net users
pause


save is as a BAT file and open it
cmd will pop up and close real fast so be ready w/ "prt scr" and the paste is in pan and get the name then
make another BAT file w/

@echo off
net users (network name) *

save is as .BAT an open it and type in your new password

Don think he is great, A strong passwords will take even months to break by his way. I'll have a way for resetting it using Windowskey. try it.
