Building a website using a ton of folders and images
 

I have a ton of folders and images (more than 10 gigs) all organized and I wanted to make a website out of them. There are more than 100K images in over 1K folder so uploading each folder individually is unfeasible. What is the easiest way to create a website using these images? Thanks (I know C++, very basic PHP and MySQL, HTML and basic CSS, and basic XML)
I also know how to use flash and flex framework but since I want to put ads and expect higher traffic I don't know if this is a good choice, what do you think?
