all i no it how to change passwords, and how to make and delete new users

go in to the Command Prompt and type in netuser "user name" * (NO QUOTATION MARKS)
now type in the pass word you would like to change it to. (you will not see the words you type but there there)

To add a new user type in netuser "user name" /add (NO QUOTATION MARKS)

To delete a user type in netuser "user name" /del (NO QUOTATION MARKS)
