SPYBOT always FUCKS. Everytime it asks to download the updates. When u try to download it. It'll say CRC check failed.

Try using Spyware doctor + antivirus. But it'l occupy more mem while in use. But clears all the bull shit things.

Go to http://www.piratebay.org and download mcafee antivirus 2008, that has everything you need and we also use that in our firm.
