When we are writing a comment, we should have this tutorial at side of the textarea. And if possible a way to see the final result.

We don't need to give the user a notice each time he tries to create a thread but just a reminder and so its a small one.

Yeah I noticed that and its good to have that and will help the mods to not edit the titles.
