i just started learning PERL and i am intrested in CGI programing using PERL.
To run my program i need to have a server, rite !! and to create my own server
using APACHE i need to take the permission of my ISP isn't it??.
Now my question is can i find a server which i can use for my CGI programing on net
for free??

You can setup a web server on your PC. Many site likes www.arbornet.org , www.clawz.com offer free CGI Perl hosting!
