tcp/ip port connection in asp or php
 

hai...i have a problem...for my final project, i will develop router configuration in web based system.now i have a problem..how i can connect between the system and hardware(the router) by using asp or php language..i have found a script to connect the router using serial port connection.now im looking for tcp/ip port..for telnet..please help me..
