as a designer myself. i've definitely chosen designers.

Probably more designer's have there photo but developer's don't work with the photo's

It's funny though because you should be easily able to pick the designers, they tend to look the more pretty, less hairy and typically metro. Yet on that site people are obviously posting out-of-the-norm photos up.
