I can't make my project with -static option
 

Hi,
My project make with qt3 and qt-3.1
but when I want to make my project with -static option, I see this message:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lqt
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [static] Error 1

I know that I must have libqt.a
how can I get this file ?
