Call probelm in access form thru VB code
 

I have a date in one table and their is only one record and that is the date.I have a form and in that form there is a check box, ,there is one more textbox on the form,and when I check that box, the vb code should get the date from the date field in the table and place it in the text box on the form.
how do i write the code for that.I tried but failed to do so.kinldy help me with the code
