Anchor Text in some content of my site
 

We're in the middle of revamping our company website. It's has lots content but little relevant anchor text.

Would it make sense to just change some of the text keywords to anchor text ? If so, would it benefit us to do it once on in a paragraph, twice, etc.?

There is no limit. Do where ever you can as it will not have anything -ve unless your paras are not looking like english
