Re: Query for career progress in IT

The best help will come from your within. I am a B.Tech in IT and people always told me that MBA would fetch me lot more money and so I should always aim for an MBA but then MBA is something that I don't like that much and it is all computer programming in my genes and so I decided not to be doing MBA

So doing an MBA or not depend if you will enjoy it or not and not because you want to be doing something in the IT field.

If you enjoy teaching, you can be a teacher and if you don't see your career going ahead in IT as teacher you can be an online entrepreneur as well.

I hope it helps.

hi shabbir, thanks a lot for replying

well i enjoy teaching, that is not a problem! but i want to go further in career! As you may have an idea that FPM is not related to MBA , it is similar to phd , but degree will be said as FPM from any IIMs.
But i m not sure abt monetary benefit after FPM!
so i m confused whether i should go for it or not! that is why i put this thread here , that if some one can guide me for FPM!
second again if i want to go abroad , then on which basis i can go abroad? can i get job or visa there on the basis of teaching experience?

FPM is mainly RnD in the filed of Management which is not related to IT to an extent but more related to management and so I told that.

Abroad for teaching is possible if you can grab a job in some foreign colleges.

Could be and so if it is related, can think about it.
