Can you explain more about the issue like are you able to run HTML in your localhost? Have you installed XAMPP? Anything more that helps us understand the issue.

can you try putting the code/part of the code you get any error or a link to uploaded page?

if its xampp then place it in htdocs folder .
If its wampp then place it in www folder.
after that simply browse it .
