how to create bridge page?
 

Hi ,

I created web application based on jsp's and hosted my application through godaddy hostings. Now I am planing to create google adwords to my application through Google. To meet Google Adword policies I need to create bridge page to my application. Hence please give me any suggestion to create google bridge pages.
