how do i get through my network provider s security, cause this guy is one crazy dude, he has bloked all the sites, i cnt even download torrents but all the books i need to download are torrents

Welcome newieee, for ur problem would help the PROXY server i think, look in google..., then probably you can also set some proxy for ur torrent too.
